An electrician and engineers, on purpose.

Putting a screen in a condo hallway sounds simple until someone has to open a fire-rated wall, run a circuit, get a media player onto the building network and keep it all working for years. Most buildings end up coordinating three companies to do it. We started IT Pro Installations so they only need one.

Electrical

Master electrician, ESA-licensed

Every circuit, back-box and connection is done under an Electrical Contractor Licence, with the ESA notification filed and documentation handed to the corporation at the end.

IT & displays

Engineers

Displays, media players, networking and signage software are specified, configured and secured by engineers, and we're the ones who support them after handover.

Projects

Building relationships

We work with property managers and boards from the first walk-through to board approval, and bring in drywall, painting and other trades as each job needs them.

How we work

Straight quotes, clean walls, screens that stay on.

We quote from a site survey, not a price list, because no two buildings have the same walls, power or wiring routes. Every quote is itemized so a board can see exactly what it's approving.

We recess screens flush with the wall so corridors stay clear and the finished result looks built-in, not bolted on. Where we go through a fire separation, we fire-stop it.

And we stay on after installation. Our managed service means a building has one team to call when anything about its screens needs attention.

We serve condominium corporations, property management firms and commercial landlords across Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Oakville, Hamilton and Ottawa.
