Installation, then a managed service.
Every project has two parts: a one-time installation, priced from a site survey based on the building, the walls and the number of screens, followed by a monthly managed service that keeps everything on, current and secure.
The installation.
Every price depends on the building: wall construction, distance to power, number and size of screens, and any finishing work. That's why every quote starts with a free survey.
Site survey & design
Walk-through with management, wall and power assessment, sightlines and traffic, and a placement plan for each screen.
Itemized written quote
Displays, media players, mounting, electrical, network, finishing and software, each priced line by line for the board package.
Licensed electrical
Dedicated circuits and concealed power by an ESA-licensed master electrician, with ESA notification filed and sign-off provided.
Flush mounting
Wall opened, recessed back-box framed, screen mounted flush, then patched, finished and painted to match. Fire separations fire-stopped.
Network & players
Wired data where possible, secure Wi-Fi where not, media players configured, hardened and tested before handover.
Software & content setup
Signage software set up with your building's templates, notice categories, rules rotation and ad slots, ready for staff to use.
Audio-visual extras
Amenity-room displays, meeting-room screens and background audio for common areas, quoted alongside the signage where it makes sense.
Training & handover
Staff shown how to post, schedule and expire content, plus an advertising policy template the board can adopt.
The managed service.
Screens in a common area are infrastructure. Our monthly plan covers what it takes to keep them working, and we set buildings up on signage software without per-screen licence fees wherever the building's needs allow, so you aren't paying a software company on top of us.
