Privacy

This page explains what IT Pro Installations does with the information you give us through this website. We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What we collect

When you request a site survey we collect what you type into the form: your name, role, email, phone number (if given), building name and your message. We also record the page you sent it from and your IP address, which we use only to block spam and abuse.

How we use it

We use it to reply to you, arrange a site visit and prepare a quote. We don't sell it, rent it or add you to marketing lists. It is stored on servers we control in Canada and is only accessible to our team.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as they're useful for the project or business relationship, and delete them on request.
